Jill Dupleix was born on a sheep farm in Victoria, Australia and has been working for The Times newspaper in London for the last 6 years as ‘The Times Cook’. She has written over 12 cookbooks and has been named Cookery Writer of the Year. Jill appears on television and radio and writes for many magazines. She also manages to combine her passion for travel and photography into her work.
